====== Observations ======

This is the starting point for documentation related to analysis of data (observations).  Here in particular we anticipate contributions for satellite data processing and analysis of data from measurements made within the institute, i.e., from the BCO, HALO missions, Ship Cruises, Tower Measurements, etc.
